Phong trào Sinh viên Nghiên cứu Khoa học tại Khoa luôn diễn ra sôi nổi, sinh viên Khoa có các công bố trên các tạp chí, hội nghị chuyên ngành uy tín. Ngoài ra, sinh viên Khoa còn đạt giải thưởng cao tại các Cuộc thi SVNCKH cấp Thành phố, cấp Bộ.
